Note: Because of the high price of parking and the fact that driving in NYC is unlike driving in any other city in the world, it is highly recommended that you do NOT rent a car if you're coming from out of town.
NYC has one of the most complete and efficient public transportation systems in the world. Many taxis are handicapped accessible and all buses are equipped with lifts as well. Many major subway destinations are equipped with lifts or escalators which will take you from street level to platform and the trains. Check on the maps provided. We also offer several app-based car services such as Uber, Lyft, Juno, Getts, WayToRide (for taxis), and VIA which can take you anywhere you'd want to go. Credit cards are accepted.

Taxi & Ride Sharing:
When your feet get tired or you are in a hurry, just flag down a cab anywhere in the city (available cabs will have an illuminated white light on the roof to identify vacancy). The minimum fare is $2.50 and increases $.40 every fifth of a mile.
NYC also has Uber, Lyft and other ridesharing apps.
Car rentals are available at the airports, however they are not recommended, as NYC traffic gets very heavy and parking is expensive.
