Register using the form below to reserve your spot in our Vendor Hall. There is a limited amount of space in our Vendor Hall, so we recommend registering as soon as possible. All vendor registrations include a half page advertisement in the Event Journal. The cost is $350 per booth.
As a guest incentive to support our vendors, all registered guests will receive a 'Fab69 Voucher" redeemable for $6.90 in merchandise at a vendor of their choice. Upon completion of the event, we will reimburse our vendors for all of the Fab69 Vouchers that they have collected.
Vendor Hall Location:
The Vendor Hall is positioned in the center of activity for the event. The entrance to many of the seminars and activities will be through the Vendor Hall area. Additionally, the Registration Booth for all attendees will be in the same area.

Thursday, August 30, 2018: 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Friday August 31, 2018: 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Saturday, September 1, 2018: 10:00am to 6:00pm
Sunday, September 2, 2018: 12:00 to 6:00pm
Convergence.NYC sponsorship program allows organizations or businesses to be a part of the event and support the mission of Big Gay Men of New York. All sponsorship levels can be customized to the needs of each sponsor. In-kind donations are also accepted and appreciated.
